Why YOU:thful?
I started YOU:thful because I wanted to combine my passion for skin care and beauty products, and offer the type of service and experience that I would want for myself.
From the early age of 5 I have been obsessed with creams. My Mum recalls stories of me choosing which cream to choose from her make up bag so I could spend hours applying them onto her face. As soon as one application was finished, I would be begging her to try the next one. I couldn’t get enough of the different textures and smells of all of these amazing potions!
It was clear I was destined to do something in beauty. I qualified as a Beauty Therapist and offered traditional beauty procedures such as waxing, manicures and pedicures. However, I was doing this alongside my career in Sales Management at the time and the lure of corporate comforts and salaries soon took over and I took a break from beauty – I had all those creams to pay for after all!
Fast forward to my 40’s and despite my disciplined skin care regime I felt like I could do with a bit more help, but I have no desire for needles or anything invasive. My preferred look is a natural one. As I was looking for a solution a friend of mine recommended CACI. She had been through a course of treatments and she looked amazing! I had to find out more.
As I looked into it, I found that CACI seemed to offer everything I was looking for in a non-invasive skin rejuvenation programme. I conducted lots of research into the alternatives, and as I learnt more, I realised that not only did I fall in love with the brand and the results it could offer, but I could also become a CACI therapist building on my previous beauty qualifications. I knew then I would retrain as a CACI therapist so I can offer this amazing treatment I feel so passionate about.
It’s very important to me to give my clients a personal one to one service and to make you feel as comfortable as you can, so I’m offering my treatments from home in my bespoke log cabin in my garden. It's designed to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and is discreet and quiet (apart from my little Chihuahua Archie who may want to let you know he is here!).
